About the Exercises
The exercises in this guide are slightly different from what you might expect.
Instead of training specific muscles, these exercises are all about training MOVEMENTS.
It’s a subtle shift that will accelerate your results and help you get stronger faster so you will SEE and FEEL the results you are working so hard for!
The beauty of training MOVEMENTS – like lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling – is that it uses several muscle groups at the same time.
This gives you more muscle-building benefits as well as more health benefits in general.
Plus, it can mean shorter workouts – and it can even be more fun! And who doesn’t want that?
Improve Your Results: Work with a Coach
I've included detailed, written instructions for how to perform each of the nine exercises in the guide. However, consider working with a coach if you want extra guidance on proper form or learning modifications for your individual needs.
Working with a coach can help you find your personal form “sweet spot” for optimal results.
This can be done 1-on-1 or in small group training sessions.
We offer both options at Her365 Fitness:
Coach-Supported Workout: Gym Members can book a Coach-Supported Workout for a 30-min, 1-on-1 session to learn how to use the machines and/or get assistance with your form. These sessions are available to book from the 🖤365er tab in our Connect | Her365 app.
Group Training: Members can also join a small group training session to learn proper form, breathing techniques, and how to move through a balanced, full-body, functional workout.
The three mini-circuits I shared in the guide will be the foundation of our training sessions this month.
In addition to the circuits, the training sessions will include a mindful warm-up featuring centering practices and dynamic stretches to prepare your body for the workout and a mindful cool-down to help minimize soreness and prepare your body for recovery.
